FLOOR PLAN service

 

You often end up with a shabby floor plan of the house you are trying to sell. It could be the working drawings or perhaps a pixelated plan from a former listing. Sometimes you don't even have a floor plan at all and merely have a rough sketch with measurements on the back of an envelope.

 

Whatever you have, send it to me and I will redraw it, creating a clear and sharp floor plan to go with your listing. All room names will be labelled. If you elect, a north point and/or your logo can be added too. 

 

HOW IT WORKS

STEP 1. SEND WHAT YOU HAVE 

Send the old floor plan and any dimensions you may have. Ensure each room is labelled (handwriting is OK).

 

STEP 2. MENTION ANY ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

If you want a north point on the drawing, please indicate which direction that is with a sketch on the original plan or with a written note (e.g. "North is up").

If you want your real estate agency logo or contact details (or any other information) on the drawing, please provide that.

STEP 3. YOUR FLOOR PLAN IS DRAWN 

Your crisp and clean drawing is provided within 24 hours. If you want anything at all amended or added, just let me know and it will be done straight away.

The drawing will be provided with whatever extensions you desire (e.g. *.jpg, *.png, *.pdf, etc). A good floor plan helps sell the property faster!
