You can now see what typical info to send for a property description or floor plan:

CHECKLIST OF WHAT TO SEND FOR A PROPERTY DESCRIPTION:

1. The property address (essential)

2. Photographs of most/all rooms and a couple of photos of the building exterior (essential)

3. The floor plan or title plan or any other plan you may have (optional, but very helpful)

4. The Property Information Form (PIF) (optional)

5. Quick notes on any features/benefits that you want to emphasize, especially if they don't show up in the photos (optional)

CHECKLIST OF WHAT TO SEND FOR A FLOOR PLAN DRAWING:

1. The property address (essential)

2. The working drawings, or an old floor plan from a previous listing, or a sketch with dimensions, or any other plan you have (essential)

3. Information on which direction is North (e.g. you could draw it on the plan if it is not already there or write "North is to the right" in an email) (optional)
